Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with UK consumer law.
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for any reason, or within 30 days if the item is faulty or incorrect.

To request a return, please email us at everydaypeoplestudio@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and an address.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns showing clear signs of use may be refused.
- Handmade or one-of-a-kind items may have slight variations in size or appearance; please purchase with this understanding.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In that case, we will fully refund your shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed. If an item is out of stock, you will be refunded in full.

In the case that customs duties are charged during a return, these costs will be borne by our store.

Shipping Information

We currently ship to UK Mainland via either Japan Post or FedEx, with tracking.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Important Notes:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Japan Post or UK customs.
